Terms of Service
These terms apply to pilot and production use of SkiFlow.
Pilot use
Pilot features may change as we validate fit and process quality.
Customer responsibility
Customer controls staff access, hardware, and operational decisions.
Support
Support is provided during agreed business hours unless stated otherwise.
Liability
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice per contract.
